Terms and Conditions

 

Delivery

Free delivery is offered on orders over £100 to England and Wales, Most items are sent via a 2-3 day courier service. A premium may be paid to upgrade this to a next day service, Please contact us to arrange this on 01745 822344.

Benches are sent via a 24hr courier service, please allow up to 14 days for dispatch at busy times and for large orders.

Customers may arrange their own collection if they wish to do so by prior arrangement. Please contact us before buying on 01745 822344.

For small items please contact us directly if you wish for these to be sent via royal mail, to reduce postage cost.

Most items are in stock ready for immediate dispatch and should be with you within 3 to 4 working days but please allow 7 - 21 days for receipt of goods unless otherwises advised. 

Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays such as Christmas, Easter and Bank holidays, during theses times we will dispatch as soon as normal services resume.

Stoves with fitted boilers may take longer as we fit these specifically to the customer’s requirements, although we do stock our most popular boiler models for your convenience.  

Stove glass: Stove glass is offered with free delivery throughout the UK Mainland (Please choose stove glass as your delivery method during the checkout process) Postal insurance is not available with stove glass.

Postal  insurance:

Postal/Delivery Insurance is available to purchase from the main page.

We strongly reccomend that you purchase this option.

This will cover your stove at the full sale price and in the event that there should be a problem the damaged item will be collected from you and a replacement sent at no extra cost. We advise that you thoroughly check your item before signing the courier’s paperwork and report any damages immediately to us whilst recording the problem on the courier’s delivery note.

If you are unable to check the item at the time of delivery you MUST sign the couriers note as UNCHECKED in order for the insurance to be valid.

7 day returns policy

All purchases made from our website come with a 7 day returns policy, giving our internet customers piece of mind that if they are not fully satisfied with their purchase they can return it to us in it s original condition and packaging and we will refund the items.

All refunds for returned items will be minus any delivery costs and a restocking fee.
